I recently read an article in the paper about this web site and I thought I'd check out Madison Gardens.
It's unbelievable what you morons expect!
This is a "RENTAL COMPLEX" fools!! Of course it's not going to be perfect.
I've been to some of the other places in this area and they seemed MUCH worse. I've only lived here alittle over two years but so far I've had no problems at all. Any maintenance I've needed was taken care of within a day or two and the girls in the office have been DELIGHTFUL!
I don't know that many people here but the few I do know have never griped to me.
I can only agree that the parking can be tight but it's tight all over N.J., we are the most populous state per square mile!
Honestly, check it out for yourselves!

Which employee are you? I'm glad to see the reviews are weighing on your mind. Instead of posting a thinly veiled rebuttal, try treating your tenants with respect and start turning things around.

Yes, it's you, -----, isn't it? C'mon, now, we've all figured you out by now!!! LOL. I heard that the supers no longer have the key to the boiler rooms to adjust the heat. The owners are the only ones with the keys because they want to control how much $ they spend on heating. I remember getting a letter from management asking us to wear an extra layer of clothing, remember that? I promptly called the appropriate agency when it got chilly in my apartment and it was amazing how they coincidentally turned on the heat.

HEY CAN YOU GIVE ME THAT AGENCY NUMBER?? I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH HEAT THIS PAST WINTER AND I NEED TO GO OVER THE RENTAL OFFICES HEADS ON A FEW ISSUES. THANKS!
