These apartments are deplorable. They have not been remodeled in years, contrary to the claims on their websites. The supers do not fix anything- they constantly tell you things "need to be ordered" I lived there with a front door that was hanging off the frame for almost a year before I moved out- they just kept nailing it back into the wall. The parking is awful, there are abandoned cars left all over- there are no lines, so people park where ever. The office staff is not helpful or friendly, they are happy when you pay the rent, however if you call with a problem they find a way to blame you.
