Recently, my vehicle was broken into on-site (along with 12 other tenants), passenger window shattered and GPS stolen. Again, this happened to over 12 tenants on the same evening, each filling out a Police Report.

When the Management of Madison Gardens were asked to increase on-site security, requests were denied. We were told that the Old Bridge Police Department had been asked to come out and patrol the complex more often. However, with the size of Madison Gardens, there's no way one more drive-by from our local Police patrol would assist in remedying this high-crime area.

Management is completely apathetic to the security and safety of its residents. You'll never find a more nosey, rude, arrogant and obnoxious office staff.

Thanks for scaring the ---- out of me. I was just about to sign a lease with this complex, until my sister made me read this reprt. so we called the police and they tod us that yes there were 2 car breakins and that there are ongoing investiations into the "alleged" bruglaries. We have a smaller complex here and the crimes is higher. I will take my chance they are better off than here.

Requests were denied because office staff doesn't want to----------------- anything. They want to sit back and collect. Your door is falling off? Oh well! You have rats in your apartment? Oh well! Your heat doesn't work? Oh well!-------------------- to do is sit back and eat herself to an early grave...hopefully.
