I noticed alot of people complain about the lady in the office, and I think some people should put yourself in her place. There is over 600 apartments here. how would you be if people complained all time time about small crap' My apartment is on the second floor, maybe all the bugs and rats are only on the first floor because I have never seen any of them. This place is quiet. I have not had any problems with any repairs, heat or hot water. My neighbors are also quiet., For the rent that I pay this place is great. I used to live on Staten Island and I paid a higher rent plus utilities for a small dump. These apartments are large and have alot of closets. If you don't like this place you can always move out. You only sign the least for a year. It goes fast enough. I think people should stop and appreciate all the good things instead of always bitching about the things they don't like. No I don't work here and I don't have any relationships with anyone who does. I am just a satisfied tenant who has no intention on moving. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

There is no reason for -------------------- to hang up on PAYING TENANTS. She is rude and eventually it will catch up to her. I've been here way longer than she has and I will delight in watching her move hout.

Just so you know I'm researching to find how to file an offical complaint through the housing department or Better Business Bureau. She hung up on me too and I wasn't even upset with her she just didn't want to explain anything to me. I am also writing a letter to Madison Reality (they own the company). I think everyone who has a problem ------------------------------------ office)should file a complaint. Maybe it will catch up to her that way.

kathy 442 and Madison Gardens, Kathy I'm glad that you are so happy. Lets see when you have a problem with the office staff. I am looking for an apartment and happened to come across this web site. If you think that it is ok to be rude disrespectful to people because you have 600 apartments to deal with. this job is not for you I deal with the public everyday in customer service, alot more then 600 overall. If I treated my customers with disrespect, I would not have a job. My employer would fire me, that is certain. If you choose to work with the public learn how to deal or get lost. How dare Kathy defend these arrogant people when she has yet to have any personal dealings with them. I have read so many negative responses of the rude behavior of this management office that I would not even consider this complex,so many people can't be wrong. Many people talk about different issues with this apartment complex good and bad, but even the good talk about the rude office staff. So Kathy let's see how how you react when the time comes that they talk down to you,lets see how you like it! Madison Gardens Management, shame on you for letting your staff treat your tenants so disrespectful. As for me, I have seen enough negative talk about your rude and arrogant staff that I would never consider an apartment in your complex, not even for free! Let's hope that more people become aware of how you treat your rent paying tenants, As for the ladies in the office, why not look for anoher job, since you can't seem to handle the one that you have.
