I have had many dealings with the women in the office over the years. Never have I experienced anything near what I see posted here. Brutally honest would be more like it. They do not always tell you what you want to hear however they do tell you how it is . I would rather have someone tell me that it could take a week or two to fix then tell me yes, yes yes, and it never happens. I have always experienced prompt attention to any of my concerns and commend the office staff for their professionalism.

I have lived here for over 15 years. I have no problem at all with Madison Garden Apartments. The maintenance service is always prompt and efficient. The woman who handles the front office and telephone calls from Monday through Friday, is very, very rude and uprofessional. She hangs up on people. She should be fired.

The woman in the front office acts like her life is a very unhappy place and all she wants is suck you right into her black vortex! Didn't you see her in the movies? She was the star of THE GRUDGE! Notice Judy227a's reviews: Parking a 3? NO WAY! Maintenece a 4? Hell NO! Construction a 4? Is she in the construction business? Noise a 4---okay you can get that one. Grounds a FIVE? My aunt always has something to say about how crappy the grounds are! Safety a 4? Not with all of the constant break-ins to the cars over here! OFFICE STAFF A FIVE? Obviously YOU MUST WORK HERE!

LuvSunnyDays, you are hilarious! LOL. Anyway, yes, I agree, ------is a miserable person who does her best to make everyone as miserable as she is. She is rude, nasty, obnoxious. The pile of complaints against her is piling up in the owner's office but the owners do not care. She fulfills a role for them. She does their dirty work for them. The problem is that there are an increasingly amount of empty apartments in this complex and prospective tenants come to this website and read the way ------treats everyone here and decide not to rent here and go somewhere else. Who would want to rent here to be treated like crap? There are plenty of other apartments available in Old Bridge where the staff treats you much better. Bad customer service==empty apartments. Empty apartments==less $. The owners have been told about ------but they keep her. I think they feel sorry for her. She has no life, no friends. Eventhough she is an evil -----, a part of me actually feels sorry for her. She must be a very lonely woman who has nothing better to do that to make everyone as miserable as she is.

Oddly enough, she was great to me in person when I first moved in. After that whenever I talk to her on the phone she is really rude, though. I didn't believe it at first, but sure enough she has this condescending attitude and talks to you like you're an idiot.
