I lived at Pine Gate for 8 years and can say for the most part the apartments were ok. They are very old with some units having new or newer appliances. The staff is rude and incompetent. They made a mess everytime they came to do something and never cleaned up after themselves. It would also take them forever to get there and get something fixed. The parking is terrible if you have more then one car and they put these huge pink stickers on your car window if you park illegally, which are a hassel to get off.
