I've never had a problem with the staff. They are always polite on the phone and any requests I've had have been handled quickly.
Tenants are provided one parking spot which is fine if you only have one car.
My apartment is quite large for a one bedroom. Living room is big!
There isn't much to do in Old Bridge and I personally hate the area.
My only complaint about Pine Gate is that every single summer I am invaded by bugs. They crawl in from outside and I am not surprised to find them in my bed or in my couch. Mgmnt is good about sending exterminators but it is a big hassle and totally gross! If your planning on renting here, get an upstairs apartment!
