The only positive thing I can say about Pine Gate is the rent isn't astronomical and after living there for 2 years I now know why.
If you rent a downstairs apartment, you will get tons of bugs coming in from the outside which maintenance does nothing about. And they do nothing because the office manager gives them orders not to.
They enter your apartment without contacting you especially if it's inspection time by the state and they have to fix up old repairs from months previous.
If it's not an emergency they won't fix it! If you have a problem with anything and you want to speak to management SHE NEVER returns your phone call.
The doorbells for the most part don't work and NOBODY knows how to fix them.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
