The courteous attitude of the rental office staff plays an important role in once decision of renting an apartment in the community. I did not find that here. I could have lived with that. When I went to see the available apartment I was bluntly handed over the keys and asked to check by myself. Well I would honestly not mind that as well. However they did not even have the basic manners to clean the apartment before showing it to anybody. The apartment was left in a state where it was vacated by the previous tenant. Dirty bathrooms, Dangling wires by the walls, Broken window glasses etc...Need I say more. When I pointed this out to the office person she was angry and gave me a bemused look as if I was the actual culprit. Well thankyou lady for all that because that helped me in making my decision of not renting an apartment here ever. It was a blessing in disguise to be honest but I wanted others who might be considering to rent an apartment here to know the truth. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

You didn't realize that a vacant apartment would POSSIBLY be in a state of repair? You also thought you were being helpful in telling the staff about it? I guess you took the short bus to school.
