I lived in Pinegate for 2 yrs and i think it was a great place. The apartments are a decent size for comfortable living and its a quiet safe neighborhood. I found the staff to be helpful and corteous, i never had a problem with maintenence or repairs. Perhaps the people that did should consider treating them with respect, and will realize when given it is also received.
