Place used toi be run down, but new mgt has lanscaped really nice. The noise level is fair,nomore than in a housing developement. Most folks are decent, no more or les troublesome that in a housing develpoment. Stratfor got a bad name over the years, but had improved greatly. MGMT is really trying
