I figured this complex would be great. It is in convenient location right on Route 9. When I came to check the place out, it looked great. Then, my husband and I moved in. That night we started with problems. Our upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and inconsiderate. We have made formal complaints to management and to the higher up management teams. We get told "there is nothing we can do, after 10p just call the cops." They also leave empty alcohol and non alcohol bottled beverages in front of my apartment. When my husband and I speak with the neighbors they say "okay" then make things even louder. Now, that we thought was the worst we would have to deal with. HA! Bugs, mice, mold, mildew, burning hot water, foul odors in the drains, poor plumming. It took until I called the mayors office for the management team to start moving their butts. My problem now is... I have mouse traps in my kitchen (4 of them) plus a "bomb" in the crawl space under my kitchen. I fear for my daughter's health and my own. Never have I been in the hospital for heart or lung complications. There is no coincidence about that. My lease is up in 5 months and I have tried to get it broken and they refuse. I am already starting my hunt for a new place. I wish I never left my first apartment. It was god sent (too bad the rent way too high)
