a good place to live! I have lived here for about 2 1/2 yrs and I really have enjoyed living here. The grounds are very nice and I love being by the river! There is great access to philly.

Very good I've only been here a short while but so far, so good. Everyone I've met from Korman has been professional, friendly, and helpful.

Good all-around, but please note: To anyone looking to move here to Palmyra, one thing to consider.
The one-bedroom apartments seem to have an old heating system, and the windows are not double-paned or insulated or anything. As a result, the heating bill so far this winter

Korman is Wonderful! I have lived at Korman for going on 2 years! I grew up in the neighborhood and finally needed to move out on my own. The leasing staff at Korman made sure that I knew everything there was to know about apartment living. All I had to do was tell them this was my first apartment

Good place to live... Have lived here with my family for 4 years. The Office & maintenance staff are very nice and professional, completing tasks and requests promptly. They have a very flexible pet pollicy and the grounds are well kept. The buildings are aging a bit but repairs are made promptly
