I've lived at this address for about 8 months now. Moved in to newly-refurbished apartment. Solid construction, but the place is old, and maintenance isn't the brightest. Speed is favored over quality. I.E., fixtures are painted over, rather than around, and wallplates are not removed prior to painting. I had to scrpe the outlets clean before I could plug things in. lousy water pressure (girlfriend refuses to shower here), Toilet is a low-flow mess. Have to flush multiple times, drano etc. didn't help.
Upkeep shows the age of the buildings, as well as multiple layers of paint, etc.
Kenmore appliances, Electric stove (Miss gas cooking greatly). Good lighting, good parking. Haven't met the neighbors so far. Surroundings not bad, but ShopRight up the road is inferior, as are some of the local businesses (q.v. FURNITURE/DINETTE stores). Traffic not bad, rent is reasonable. Can hear the neighbors sometimes, but not always.
