The best aspects of this complex are its convenience and safety. You can easily walk to a NYC commuter busline. The grounds and community pool are well-taken care of. Many of the residents are friendly, older, keep to themselves, and are quiet. You rarely hear your neighbors, as the apartments and hallways are carpeted. The problems with the complex' The kitchen appliances, plumbing, kitchen cabintry and room air conditioners are antiquated (although admittedly are in working order). I would recommend this place to my friend as a good budget apartment.
