I used to enjoy living here and felt that it was comfortable, although a little out-dated. For over a year, however, I have had to deal with excessive noise, trouble, and harassment from an alcoholic who moved into an apartment above mine. This alcoholic is not on the lease and moved into a one-bedroom apartment with the person who has the lease. Baldwin Management is aware this alcoholic has been in the apartment without being on the lease for almost as long as the alcoholic has been living at Baldwin Manor, but for some unknown reason, management continues to allow the person to stay, regardless of the numerous complaints made by me and other neighbors over the alcoholic's excessive noise, rude and manic behavior, and harassment of all who come in contact with the alcoholic. Because of the Management's lack of action and poor handling of this bad situation, I will not be renewing my lease and no longer recommend Balwin Manor as a good place to live.

You did not identify the apartment of concern. Management became aware of such a scenario earlier this year. The tenant's lease was coming to and end and the tenant was advised that either the "visitor" goes or the tenant would be evicted because of the condition. The tenant vacated the apartment. It is interesting that this was not reported by you as a follow-up. In any event, we value info to make the apartment complex the best it can be. Management.
