The patios/balconies, in my opinion, elevate this complex from the others in the area. they add another room onto the apt space.
it is older and there are problems with leaking ceilings in the bathrooms. Mngmt responds to my complaints when this happens but they cannot seem to get to the bottom of it, so it's a thing that reoccurs.
noise travels, esp in the bathroom area when you can hear every grunt or groan from surrounding apts.
overall though, it is quiet and safe and no one bothers each other. Long term residents are friendly and look out for one another.
compared to other apts in the area, for the price it's a good deal. Location is very convenient.
I have never had a bug problem. The windows are very old so in the winter it can cost alot to keep warm. A little investment on the part of management and they could make this a A place to live. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Hope you notice the hallways being completely redone with painting and carpetting. 2 buildings are already done. A new fence should be up before the winter. Thanks for your words. Constructive criticisms are always looked at kindly and we attempt to do the best we can for the benefit of all. Management.
