Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1994
I have been a resident at Baldwin Manor for 25 years. The apartments are ok but all the appliances and everything else---Air conditioners, refrigerators, heat controls----etc, are dated and I have not been offered newer ones when renewing my lease. My apartment is on the top floor of the "D" building and I am now experiencing infestations of very big bees with several nests over the windows facing the terrace. I can no longer use the terrace for fear of being stung.
I have always paid my rent on time but this last month the rent was mailed from out of state and was late in arriving. I have been a good tenant and think that if this happened once out of 25 years management could waive the very exorbitant late fee.
