I have the ground apt. and my apt. is always kept very clean, but there is definitely a bug problem in the complex. I see these nasty long bugs with a million legs all the time and I don't know how to get rid of them!! The location is convenient and there is usually enough parking spots. Our neighbors are pretty quiet so we rarely had problems with the noise. The kitchens definitely need to be updated. There is no room in the kitchen for any appliances...the area is tiny. Not enough closet space and the worst thing is the hot water. If my husband takes a shower with the hot water, he literally has 15 min. or less (depending on if anyone else in the complex is using the hot water at the same time) and then I have to wait an hour before I can take a shower or else I won't have any hot water. We are not renewing our lease. Maybe a second or third floor apt. is different, the only benefit to a ground apt. is that you have a private entrance from the balcony.
