Not a great experience.

First off, the good parts: the grounds are maintained beautifully. You can't argue that it looks good from the outside. At least the first few buildings that you see, the back ones might look a little more beat up (as it seems to be in all complexes!).
When my boyfriend and I met with Carlos to sign the papers, Carlos spoke only to my boyfriend and never looked at me once. I felt like I was invisible although I was the one with the checkbook.
The inside of the apartments are nice, the layout for the one bedroom was great. The living room was so spacious as was the bedroom. The bathroom was beat up even though they had supposedly just tore it out and put in all new fixtures. The hot water heater is very small, I had to choose whether to wash my hair or shave my legs. There was just never enough water to do both. And forget about 2 people trying to take showers in the morning before work!
The kitchen was also a little beat up, the cabinets didn't close propertly and my oven door handle was rusty, I asked them to replace it but it didn't happen.
The big problem...one night I walked into the kitchen area and my kitchen floor was covered in bugs...which I discovered to be termites. The only helpful super brought over some bug spray which I used to kill the ones there and the ones coming out of a few cracks in the walls. In the morning I called the woman that I call the "gatekeeper". The nastiest, meanest woman who was not helpful. When I called she said sure she'd get it taken care of. After repeated calls and having to keep my vacuum in the kitchen to suck up the termites trooping in, finally Terminex came in and fixed the problem. The nice man from Terminex said that the apts. have a big termite problem and although he fixed it for now it was just a band aid. The real problem would require ripping out the cabinets under my sink along with the hot water heater and he said that wasn't likely to happen.
The other problem is the electric. Unless you are super diligent about turning the heat/ac off in all the rooms, the bill is insane. The rent in BM is cheaper but it's made up in scary high electric bill.
Parking sucked and the lots weren't lit up enough, I always felt like I could get robbed any minute trying to get from the car to the door.
Overall: maintenance sucked, as did the gatekeeper in the office. Nice layout, prettier on the outside. Needs new management and some upgrades...that might make it a decent place to live.
