Lived in the apartments for multiple years.
The apartments are nice sizes, even the 1-bedroom. Large living room, very small bathroom, dining room slightly bigger than an average apartment. Absolutely no kitchen counter space in the 1-bedroom, and very little counter space in the 2-bedroom. Old and outdated fixtures and appliances and kitchen floor and most windows, everything needs updating. Nice hardwood floors throughout in ground apartments. Community laundry facilities with six washers and four dryers for entire complex, they close at 9pm and the people who hold the keys are very rude. Rent is decent, you pay for what you get. Location is good, right off of major highways. Brick exterior, not a huge complex, super has been there forever. Biggest issue is the dire need for a modern makeover for entire complex. Lots of children who aren't quiet. Everyone wants to know your business since it's not a very big complex. No assigned spots, and there isn't a lot of parking. No commercial vehicles allowed. Have seen thefts of vehicles and heard of burglaries in different apartments.
