Any positive review posted here is done so the property manager (owner). These people have broken every landlord-tenant law on the books in the State of New Jersey. They do NO maintenance or do it so badly that you have to fix their repairs yourself. The enter your apartment without your permission or any notice even when it's not an emergency. The buildings are sinking into the swamp so there are cracks in the walls and the tubs are sinking. There is no way to control the heat so it's stifling all the time (85 degrees) but they tell you the knob on the vent will turn it down. They don't work at all, they're just for show. The head maintenance man is a nasty old man who doesn't want to do any work at all and doesn't know how to fix anything. They do nothing about loud neighbors or the drug dealer who comes into the complex. You dont' get the paperwork you're supposed to get when you move in. You may never know where you're security deposit is. This place is a dump - you do not want to live here unless you're absolutely desperate.
