I resided in this apartment complex for approximately three years. Very recently I had to relocated due to my job unfortunately. I must say that residing here has been nothing short of perfect. Reading some of the other reviews, it makes me wonder what mental state the people writing them are in! I found this complex to be quiet if not serene, assigned parking where can you go wrong! Washer and driers in the actual complex instead of tredging to the laundramat. Staff is a pleasure to deal with courteous and attentive. Would recommend this living situation to anyone any day of th week hands down!

Looking for an apartment, single woman, so here's hoping you might share some more insights to this place?? From the reviews, it seems that the place is great. But must have some gripes, no?? Is it that perfect?Does maintenance staff EVER come unannounced? So you have to have verizon as phone service?? Are their bug issues, anything at all? I know I will have noise, I mean I can't afford a house so I can't be too picky. How about the heat, and hot water, enough for a proper 10 min shower right? I am considering moving to a one bedroom. As a girl should I go for downstairs or upstairs? Lots of questions I know but I am hoping to count on some honest guidance. Thanks a million.

After reading several of these reviews, and subsequent comments, I have come to the conlcusion that they are indeed written by someone working for Edwards Gardens. This is very deceitful, and raises a big red flag. I certainly won't consider living there.
