I can not say that I had any problems with the way the place is being managed, management is helpful and polite. The only repair request I ever had was answered promptly. Apartments are large and well planed. The place is secluded, very quiet, safe and close to 4 highways, which helps with daily commute. With a kinder-garden just across the street, the only thing the place is missing is a SPA and gym. Love the balcony. Hate the No Dog policy. This the best place in town. If you want better buy a condo.

Those that post negative comments are simply afraid that the rent will go up, cause the place is priced reasonably.

Looking for an apartment, single woman, so here's hoping you might share some more insights to this place?? From the reviews, it seems that the place is great. But must have some gripes, no?? Is it that perfect?Does maintenance staff EVER come unannounced? So you have to have verizon as phone service?? Are their bug issues, anything at all? I know I will have noise, I mean I can't afford a house so I can't be too picky. How about the heat, and hot water, enough for a proper 10 min shower right? I am considering moving to a one bedroom. As a girl should I go for downstairs or upstairs? Lots of questions I know but I am hoping to count on some honest guidance. Thanks a million.
