I would like to recommend this complex. Since I moved here and during the moving process the management team was amazing. She helped me out while I was in another state, set me up with Bank Accounts, and even showed me around a little. If there was some sort of Issues the manager would help me in a prompt time. She would go above and beyond her title and role for the organization. If I moved back I would rent here, and if a friend or family member were looking I would suggest Edwards Gardens Apartment. The maintaince team was always looking to fix or increase the level of appearence of the grounds. It is also excessable for commuters to major roads, close to the city, as well keep the peacefulness and quietness for those that needed it.

Looking for an apartment, single woman, so here's hoping you might share some more insights to this place?? From the reviews, it seems that the place is great. But must have some gripes, no?? Is it that perfect?Does maintenance staff EVER come unannounced? So you have to have verizon as phone service?? Are their bug issues, anything at all? I know I will have noise, I mean I can't afford a house so I can't be too picky. How about the heat, and hot water, enough for a proper 10 min shower right? I am considering moving to a one bedroom. As a girl should I go for downstairs or upstairs? Lots of questions I know but I am hoping to count on some honest guidance. Thanks a million.

This place sounds too good to be true; is it? Other responses seem pretty negative on this place. What's going on here? There must be some problems, every place (apartments) I ever lived had some issues. Anyone!!!!
