I'll tell ya what. I lived here for two years prior to getting engaged and I must say I was a very happy individual. The office staff and maintenance where the warmest, friendliest people I have ever countered living in an apartment complex. Arriving home at any given moment you can see the maintenance staff driving around and attending to the needs of the tenants. Everyone was very warm and approachable. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to everyone and anyone seeking a new and cozy place to live. And after reading some of the negative comments it seems blatantly obvious to me that those current tenants need Dr. Phil in a big way.

Looking for an apartment, single woman, so here's hoping you might share some more insights to this place?? From the reviews, it seems that the place is great. But must have some gripes, no?? Is it that perfect?Does maintenance staff still come unannounced? So you have to have verizon as phone service?? Are their bug issues, anything at all? I know I will have noise, I mean I can't afford a house so I can't be too picky. How about the heat, and hot water, enough for a proper 10 min shower right? I am considering moving to a one bedroom. As a girl should I go for downstairs or upstairs? Any difference with the smaller one bedroom compared to the one larger?? Lots of questions I know but I am hoping to count on some honest guidance. Thanks a million.

This is another example of the owner/managers lies and deceit. Prospective tenants would be wise to question the credability of the owner and the suitability of these apartments based on their own research, rather than relying too much on these reviews. Now, to add some clarity to this ridiculous review I would like to say that the office staff consists of one person - the owner, and she sure isn't warm and friendly. Yes, on most days maintenance can be seen driving around, but rarely are they attending to the needs of the current tenants. Instead, they are busy readying apartments for new tenants. You see, there is a very high turnover here that the "office staff" will vehemently deny. According to the X-Files "the truth is out there", it's just that you won't find it in most of these reviews.
