I found Intervale Gardens to be a decent place. The floors were refinished when I moved in and it had been freshly painted. Yes, the windows are old, but the buildings are older so that is to be expected. I felt safe there mostly because it was next to the police station. The staff was basically helpful. I can agree with other posters on this site who have complained about the heat...I had the same issue, but it was far better then Troy Hills Village where I would have no heat. The grounds were neatly kept. When I lived there, a problem arose with some sewer lines which was unpleasant, however, the complex is a bit older and things like that happen sometimes whether it is at an apartment complex or a single family home. Overall, I would recommend Intervale Gardens. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
