It had been many changes since I moved in Intervale Gardens a few years ago. There are more and more Indian move in and White Caucasian move out at Intervale Gardens nowadays. When I first move in I did not see that many ------- but now I see more and more ------- living at Intervale Gardens. In fact, a few weeks ago I received a notice stating that how the tenants should handle their garbage properly before they drop off at the disgusting garbage dump. My opinion to that is when you have people like that living at Intervale Gardens you should expect certain things happened. Different people have different lives styles. I hope you know what I mean. Every weekend I witness White tenant moving out of the apartment and the apartment become vacant for almost a year before it becomes occupy again. There are more vacancies at Intervale Gardens than ever before.
Beside the new tenants that move in is a big issue. Every time when I go in and out of the complex I had to pass by a disgusting garbage dump in front of the apartment complex. Not to mention in the morning I had to stop my car next to the horrible garbage dump while waiting for the school bus and the parent in front of the complex leave before I can drive to work. Every Monday and Thursday before noon the super brings bags and bags of garbage from Vail Gardens Apartment and dump them right in front of Intervale Gardens. There were a few occasions I had to wait and be very careful for the garbage truck to unload these garbage bags before I can get in and out of the complex.
Interval Gardens is not a big complex however I always see people take a walk around the complex I just can not understand how can people get their therapedic exercise next to disgusting garbage dump. Well, Check it out and see it for yourself than you know what I mean. The disgusting garbage dump is right in front of the complex as soon as you come in the complex you will see the disgusting garbage dump there. Speaking of clean fresh air in America or first impression or first appearances. you are not going to get it at Intervale Gardens for sure.
Therefore, I have to say I strongly not recommended and the reason is based on the previous opinions dated on 10/10/05 title An Excellent Place to Live In fact, there was other one with the same title dated on 3/23/04 title Excellent Place to Live It writes "The windows are a little old and drafty though I have heard rumors that new windows are on their way and I am anxious for their arrival." Well, I do remember talking to my neighbor about the windows last Spring of 2005 and now it had been over a year and the windows still not yet being done.
For those of you out there who is looking for an apartment I would recommend Troy Hill I remember when I moved to Intervale Gardens my friend asked me why dont you move to Troy Hill. Troy Hill had free cooking gas I said I needed a place to stay and Troy Hill wanted me to pay a $15 monthly fee for the pool so I end up at Intervale Gardens.
I also read in the Daily News Yesterday that At Knoll Gardens Apartment located at Lake Hiawatha there you will get a month free rent and 1 small 1 bed room apartment is only cost $835 per month with a disk washer machine. Check it out if you looking for a cheap and affordable apartment. Lake Hiawatha is only 30 minutes always from NYC.

Troy Hills? Knoll Gardens? Are you kidding me? I've been checking out all these apartments personally and its discouraging. After reading reviews after reviews of all apartments in Parsippany, they all sound bad. Really bad. Also reading the response from Eliz3270 or whatever/whoever she is, if she's management, it definitely sounds bad when someone tells you to fix things yourself. It is scary. I think the best complex of all is Colonial Heights, I lived there and management is really nice and very responsive, and even there were some shady characters. The rent has gone up I guess in an effort to get rid of the trash. Remember folks, if you want to pay under $1000 for rent, you will get what you pay for.

I agree. I live in Colonial Heights and I love it here. I've been reading the reviews for the Parsippany apartments and they all sound horrific.
