We have lived here for 4 years. When we first came -------, a volunteer fireman, the captain lived in the building I live in. His GF also loved here. Shortly after she moved out a sex toy was placed on the lawn and left there for months.Then we heard he was stealing credit cards and cash from folks apartments and was arrested for that and having possession of cocaine.
The other super, ---- who lived across the street from us was a nice guy who had a motorcycle that was very loud and he was fired suddenly for not agreeing to a drug test.He was here 14 yrs. That left us with NO supers. The state requires 2 live in supers here because of the amount of units so 2 kids now occupy those apts, they live rent free and will certainly enter your apt without notification.
The pool is not drained at the end of the summer, and its a misquito fest.
The woman who works in the office, ---- is a nasty wench and when I called and complained that kids downstairs from me were running arond at 3 AM she asked me if I wanted to muzzle them. The complex consistently told me to call the police about this, including ----, the manager here, and the police told me to take it up with the management company.
The garbage is in cans, they refuse to pay a private contractor to pick up refuse from dumpsters, if you live in a 2 bedroom they will give you a hard time about putting an AC in the window and the units they supply do not cool off the apt.
This is by far the worst place I have lived in my life. Despite the blooming cherry trees.
The office staff ---- is rude.She is the worst part of the eqaution. The manager of the complex ---- is dismissive. The supers are two kids, one who has a GF who screams foul laungauge at people in the complex late at night.
Very bad place to live.
