Racist and extremely rude lady manager

The office opens late and closes before the designated closing. The lady is rude and a pain to deal with. She hates to even get off her chair to show you around the apartment community. Apartments are noisy and if you live on the ground floor, its annoying. I personally think that the lady discriminated me because of my ethnicity and race. If you live on the 2nd floor, you gotta buy a carpet and yes, a 2 bedroom is never available and will never be cause its given to those who know the manager personally.
