i was kinda skeptical to go this place b'coz of all the review's specially about the lady in the office. but she seemed really nice 2 me... I think u cud say as long you are good to her she's the same with u. the apt seems reasonably priced for the size. wat more do u expect for the price''''' I havent lived here long enought to complain about roaches. but the apt seems nice and neat and i wud say give it a try.
