On the positive side, the complex is pretty, relatively quiet, and the price is good. If you're white, and you never run into any maintenance problems while living here, you'll probably be happy. Unfortunately, the posts about how racist the management is are true. Also, the buildings are old, and therefore (even if you are white) you will eventually have to deal with the nasty lady in the office when you need maintenance. The various other posts complaining about her are accurate. Calling the office to get maintenance usually involves hostility and a complete lack of professionalism, and is usually a stressful experience.
