The actual apartments are pretty nice -large rooms and nice hardwood floors. The price is good for the area too. The main problem is the new management - I don't know what happened but Donna - the new prop. mgr - is horrible. There was a small fire on property last week and I watched Melanie and Dago sp'(maintence) running from apt to apt making sure no residents were in the vicinity, while Donna cried. Don't ever go to her for anything, all she does is pass everything off to an overworked Melany. Melany will do everything she can to help, but Donna has the final say on everything. I actually heard Donna say to a resident that this place is a dump and she would never live here. I wish I knew the phone number of the owners because I would love to let them know that an employee is trashing the property to it's residents. Will be leaving as soon as my lease is up!! It's not worth the hassle of dealing with poor mgmt.

You had your chance to open your mouth but like so many of the residents your too chicken. If everybody stuck together nobody would have any problems.
