I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, change is good, the new management team is awesome. They work alot harder than Kim ever did, and you don't have to pay $250.00 cash to get your maintenence requests completed or to get approved to live here. They are happy, property looks great, and they take the time to listen. If others are so miserable why do they continue to live here' They can move so I can have my friends live here.
