I see lots of bad reviews for meadowbrook and the new manager and I honestly feel these people have a personal grouse with her..there have been so many changes ever since she came...new windows, new paint, new roads ..overall an excellent job..I never saw anything done when Kim was here..and I am niether a staff nor the Manager, so please don't comment that I am writing this review on their behalf.. been staying here for a year and I will recommend Meadowbrook to my friends too..about the maintenance staff..they are very friendly and prompt..I have never faced any problems in parking..(i stay at the backside and use the parking in front of my apt and not the common parking lot in front) xcept on saturday nights perhaps..only one complaint is the appliances are very old and need upgrade..rest everything is just fine!!

I lived here 1 year and if it was not for the people who opened their mouths about the property and the manager this place would still look horrible. Dont knock these people because they tell it like it is. Its people like you who keep their mouths shut and nothing gets done. If it wasn't for these people there would not be new windows,or new paint, or new paved parking lot. How do we not know that you dont work in the office! The parking is horrible, we are over crowded and nothing is done about this. I applaud these people who speak out not keep quite like some tenants. Because of them we now live in a better place.
