The change in management in Meadowbrook Gardens has not been good for residents. The new management and the young trainee like people sitting in the office are not all customer facing or adequately trained to be in those roles. They seem not concerned, not listening to complaints, very reactive and worse, they do not stand to promises. The kind of response we get for maintenance related complaints is aweful. I must say the previous management (Donna, Constance) was much more effective and strong, they knew their stuff. Here, the new management has imposed a garbage policy which is almost impossible to follow, people should raise concern against this. You need to carry your garbage in a big plastic bin in the morning and need to bring back the bin in the evening twice on wekdays which is so tough for working couples. If you fail, you are fined 50 $. This is not going to work this way and the management must take this as a feedback. If things go this way, we might need to think of shifting to a different apartment complex altogether..
