The apartment is very old and poorly managed for that fact as per their policy they will not show the apartment you re going to lease until u sign the lease. Maintenance' ho don t ask for it, it is not at all there. The lady who calls herself as property manager is property damager. Smiles only until u sign the lease. The apartment which my friend moved in dose not has power in the bed room from day one and last 2 weeks it was not fixed. The apartment was not cleaned after the last tenant vacated in spite they take one week time from you to hand over the apartment to from the day you sign the lease.
Only point which will favor them is they allow a family of 2 adult and 1 child to stay in 1 bed apartment which none of the other apartment in the neighborhood dose not allow.
Over all it is not worth the money we pay.

Funny, I rented an apartment here a couple of months ago and have had absolutely no problem at all with the apartment or the management. No one showed me any disrespect, maybe because I showed no disrespect. I never found the age of anyone an issue and find you get what you give. I find the maintenance staff competent and work gets done when you request it. Location is decent with plenty of everything you need close and convenient.

Yes. I too had a bad experience with the property manager. She is a real pain. I am living since last 4 years in this complex. I never had any problem with the previous managers. This new manager never understands, listens the tenants. We just have to hear whatever she says. She behaves like she is paying all the tenants rents and tenants are living in this complex for free and at her mercy. I hate to meet people like her. She is a real head ache. My AC isn??t working and told them about it. She told me to clean the AC filters. And I told her after cleaning the AC filters that it??s not working. But she never showed up. My friend moved to this complex. After moving, second day kitchen top broke. They fixed it after 2 days. Just assume how lazy and care not she is. After new management came in, my all friends moved to other apartment complexes. I am also going to move out soon.
