I stayed in this apartment for last 6 months and I haven't seen such poor management in my life. When people inquire about apartment they never mentioned the hidden charges like water and sever charges, once you finalize and decide to move and ready to sign the contract, on the right moment they disclose with small form. They provide laundry room on site but they are not clean and looks like never maintained.
I had real problem with manager she never stick to her words and she doesn't know how to respect.
