I moved into Meadowbrook Gardens about 6 months ago and I really like it here. I'm not sure where all of these bads review are coming from. It makes no sense to me. For an apartment complex it is close to everything, very good shopping and restaurants you can't beat it. Property Manager and her staff have have always been very responsive to my needs and they have always been friendly with me....but again, I know how to speak to others! I've had to have maintenance twice and they were responsive fixed what needed to be fixed by the time I got home from work. That is the positive that I like. I think my rent is fair and anywhere I ever lived I always had that dumb water bill! With everything there is always a negative....some of the residents don't clean up the outside of the entrances and bikes are always around. Maybe if a couple of bike racks were around it would help' Not sure they would use them....also the laundry facilities really need to be updated.....just suggestions.

I will not recommend this apartment to anyone. The management decides the rent based on anything. I am living in this apartment for 3 years now and my rent increased by $200. I know few people whose rent is still $1050 but it seems not for -------. They will not come to fix your issues. You might get a surprise bill for some of the maintenance fix. I guess the managers working there work on % where the managers are trying to collect more cash from any way. The water bill you can pay the actual amount, the fixed $25 amount or less then that. All depends upon your relationship. Thank God, I have vacated the apartment. I got another apartment in Parsippany with $1100 for 2 bed rooms. That includes water and Gas. I can save some more money now in such bad economy.
