We have been staying in these apartments for more than an year. The old mangement was pretty good and they fixed all the issues on logging the complaint.
Then, there has been a new management in the past six months.
These new management guyz are the most irresponsible and reckless people on earth.
They have increased the rents of the apartments suddenly and it is now $1200 (an increase of $150).
We had so many concerns during our stay in these apartments.
In the electric stove, 2 of the burners and the oven were not working. I complained this regulary for 4 months. They never keep their word. And finally, they said that we had to manage with the 2 burners that were working. Such a rude answer........
There was fungus on the walls of the entrance in the month of December. I complained it for 5 months because it would be reason of health concern for us. They painted the walls on the day before the audit.
The hopeless management fixes all the issues only the day before the audit.
These guyz are only bothered to collect the rent on time, else they impose fine on the tenants. They keep nasty rules for the trash bin and failing to abide with it, they charge $50 fine.
There are fines in case the tenants do not abide by the rules. Then, what should be the fine to be levied on this worst management who does not follow any rules.
I strongly agree with the reviews of the people who say there has been a drastic increase in the apartment rent and the management has been very inefficient.
It is a 100% waste of money staying in these apartments.
