Large apartment, nice area

My father has lived here for about 6-7 years now, and I stayed with him for a while. I now live at Richfield Village in Clifton, and Park Lake is like the Taj Mahal compared to that place (read the reviews for Richfield).
Compared to mine this apartment is huge. The living room measures about 20 x 12, which is bigger than some houses. The second bedroom is larger than the master bedroom in my apartment. There is no seperate dining room, but the kitchen can hold a fairly large table and not feel cramped at all. There are two closets in each bedroom, and a walkin closet in the living room. We have our annual Super Bowl party with 12-15 guests with no space problems.
There is always parking no matter what time of night you come home, although like the previous post says, the paths aren't great, forcing you to walk in the grass, and there are no parking lines, so you have to rely on other people to park straight. I never saw a problem with the snow removel. Come to Richfield Village if you want to see a nightmare when it snows.
The heat can sometimes be too much or too little, but one call to maintainence and they'll adjust it for you. I'll agree that the AC units are loud, but at least it has AC.
This is a nice area, don't know why the other guy doesn't feel safe. There are front and back doors, and only you and the person upstairs have keys to the main doors, so it would be extreamly hard for someone to break in. Never worry about my car either.
Overall I think this is a nice place, considering I'm paying almost $200 more a month than my father to live in my hellhole.
