Don't know what 1/06 was talking about - this place is far from a dump... clean - great management - and quite! And across from the high school for my kid. Glad we came.

Once of my friend moved to PLV because they need a place fast they paid almost $1000 for 1 bdrm apt at PLV and they were so glad that they finally moved out of there. They told me ??? We have to be honest that it was the longest 1 year that they were ever waited for to leave PLV and the reasons are as follows: The towel hanger in the bthrm is behind the door very inconvenience. Every time when you take the shower the water will be dripping all over the floor because you have to walk a few steps in your soaking wet body to reach the towel to dry off your body. THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE MAINTENANCE STAFFS ARE VERY TRUE DURING THE 1 YEAR PERIOD THAT THEY???RE THERE THEY HAD SUBMITTED NUMEROUS REPAIRS FOR THEIR APT & EVERY SINGLE 1 OF THE REPAIR THAT THEY SUBMITTED WAS TOTALLY IGNORED. NOT 1 REPAIR WAS COMPLETED DURING THE 1 YEAR PERIOD. THE HUSBAND DID ALL THE NECESSARY REPAIRS HIMSELF. COMPLAIN WERE DROP ON DEAF EAR. They shoes were always full of mud and sand because they constantly stepping on wet lawn and muddy glass in addition to squeeze themselves in between 2 cars in order to get into their apartment. There were times the alarm systems in a car went on at 3 o???clock in the morning right outside their living room and the whole complex had to wake up. In the winter outside the apartments were full of Carbon Dioxide coming from the parking lot exhaust pipe. (Is there any laws that the apartment should be at lease a few distance always from the apartment?) Every time when you sit in your living room you can hear people slam their car doors and beeping their cars very frustrating not a quite movement. Then the neighbors: When they 1st moved in there were 2 tenants living on top of their head and a few months later they moved out couple months later another 2 tenants moved in again. So in 1 year they had been thru 4 different tenants for the up stair above their head. The condition became even worst when their upstairs neighbors told them that ???Our greedy landlords is hungry for rents and they need a place to live so is a match make in haven???. Very rude and obnoxious! In additional to Ants crisis and Roaches madness and some unknown insects once they found some red insects that full of legs in their white mug. If they didn???t look at it carefully they didn???t even notice that these insect exist because these insects were so tiny. When they killed these insects the red liquid from these insects were all over the places. They were so disgusting they were about to sue PLV for running a sick apartments. My friend moved out of PLV for almost a year now and until now they still have the insect bites all over their body. I strongly don???t recommend anyone to move into PLV. I don't understand why you said is a great place....etc This is a false statement. I completely disagree.
