Ive lived at Park Lake Village for 4 years and have had a great experience all around. I moved here from CT as a young marketing professional and Im moving out in April because I recently purchased a condo. The apartments are large, have nice hardwood floors and the maintenance team is very responsive to any questions or issues Ive had. There is plenty of parking and the washer and dryers are always available. I have many friends in other nearby apartments and the Park Lake Village is by far the best value. Highly recommended.

Are you sure????? The apartment at Park Lake Village is so old torn and worn. You can hear everything your neighbor down stair or your neighbor up stair is doing. Such as which TV program they watching, which radio station they listen to, bedroom wall is very thin, etc???. no privacy, no sound proof, bad installation. Even someone leave the apartment and slam the door the whole apartment is shaking like earthquake. The laundry room is always locked. The washer is $1.65 or $1.95 per load and the dryer is $1.45 per load so a total of $3.05 or more are needed to complete a load of laundry. Most tenants do their laundry in the local Laundromat. The washer and dryer is small sometime clothes are not being dry properly. There were so many occasions we had to carry all heavy damp clothes home to hang them in the bathroom. During the early winter morning you would hear your neighbor yelling and screaming about the parking lot is too icy, it was too danger to walk to your car. Snow was not being blow properly and full of icy stair, not to mention the rent go up $30 in 1 year, $930 w/o dinning and $990 with dinning. We witnessed Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Budget Rent-A-Car, truck, van were all over the entire complex each month end. Good neighbor moving out and unknown neighbor moving in very uncertain what tomorrow will bring. Parking is OK but many tenants had a tenancy of parking their cars all over the places. There were so many times we saw vehicle back out and end up hitting the vehicle behind not aware that there was another vehicle in the back, behind and need to be a little more careful. Truthfully, every time when we tried to put something on Park Lake Village Website all messages were being block and destroyed, nothing get post it. Only the good messages are being posted.
