Lived here for more than three years, staff is friendly and co-operative, safe and good size apartments, good maintenance and turnover time is with in few hours for non emergency issues. Only draw back is snow removal during winter.

Close by to shopping centers and major highways. Easy bus commute to NYC.

Overall excellent place to live in Parsippany.

This review much be coming from the office staff because we were living there 1 year and these are our experiences: The staffs at Park Lake Village are very good liar. We teaches our children not to lie, cheat and steal and the bible also teaches us righteousness and yet at Park Lake Village there are plenty of LIE, CHEAT and STEAL because they usually come in three and there are as follow: LIE: When we call the lady in the office about the insects. We were told that she doesn??????t know anything about the insects because we didn??????t call her and then she said she??????ll call the terminator. So we said ??????Please notify us when the terminator come so we can put all the dishes in the kitchen away and make sure he sprays in the proper area etc??????..?????? She said ??????Sure no problem??????. Few days later we received a phone call from her stated that ??????The terminator came and the job was done the terminator couldn??????t come yesterday because he was sick but he came today everything is finished and completed?????? but to begin that was not the deal the deal was she was suppose to call us and let us know when the Terminator came. So, the question is did the terminator actually really came or it was a very good liar, very skillful liar or better yet a make up untruth story? Because the problems didn??????t get solved we still had insects in our apartment like we normally do. As alway the insects are all over our hair, there were nights, we had to wake up in the middle of the night because we were so itch. CHEAT AND STEAL: During The Summer, there are some tenants planted a little vegetable garden and when the tenant away from home especially during the weekday the maintenance from Park Lake Village will come and pick the Tomatoes and eat the Tomatoes from the tenant??????s vegetable garden when no one is around watching. Not to mention when the tenant vacant the apartment some time the tenant will through away some furnitures, appliances, the staffs at Park Lake Village will storage them in the boiler room or some places and try to resale them and try to make some money from the stuffs such as furniture, appliances, etc??????.. Cheat when you wall around PLV you can clearly see the window blind is like urinated color yellow, brown how disgusting beside the windows in our apartment are cracks and the window blind had holes in it. Talking about righteousness may be we should teach our children how to lie, cheat and steal just exactly like the way the staffs at Park Lake Village treated us at Park Lake Village.
