On the exterior it's pretty bad looking, but I have to say that the interior is not too bad. You don't recieve help from the manager. She is rude and unpleseant to deal with. They don't take care of the overall maintenance of the grounds. They do not plow the snow well during the winter months. The heat is controlled by the buliding. So be prepared to be sick alot. There were water stains all in the apartment and paint chipping everywhere. There is no space in the kitchen to prepare meals. They say no pets, but I have seen at least tweleve different windows with a cat sitting in it. I have heard dogs barking and I am allergic to animals, hence, the reason I picked to live here with a NO ANIMAL policy. The laundry facility is gross. There is mold and dust all over the place. I am most likely complaining to the Better Business Bureau on Park Lake Village. It should be torn down and rebulit. Please, take it from someone who lived here with her small kids, it is unsanitary and completely not worth a dime out of your hard earned money.
