The managment is really unprofessional and rude rencently.

This is my sixth year living in Partridge Run Apartment. The problem is getting very serious as years goes by. The managment is getting very unprofessional rencently and very rude towards the tenants. The apartment is getting too old and they did almost no updates. However they increased the rent from $705 to $930 for one bed room. The next apartment complex "rotgers village" has the lower rent but all new appliances. A lot of the apartments here still use the one-door refigrators without auto-defrost. We have to use boilded water to defrost every month. If you ask for one with auto defrost, the current manager always tells you that " no matter how long you are living there five moths or 30 years, you can't get a new one until this one is not working. You can't get a new bathroom when you see your new neighbor get a new one." If you ask for a work to be done, you never see them until 3 or 4 days later. If you ask three things to be done, there is always one or two was not done. The laundry room is very dirty. Some of the washers leaked and the water even deframed the floor. This apartment has no sound-proof. If you live downstairs, you can feel every step of your upstair neighbors. If you live upstairs, you can hear every noices made by your neighbor downstairs.
The manager six years ago was a very profeesional old lady, and the superinendent was very polite and helpful. After she retired, the next manager brought some very bad service people and fired the old super. My apartment was robbed on the day when they sent people to install CO detectors. I reported to police department. Aparently there were more tenants being robbed. Then the apartment sent a notice to mandate every tenant to buy property insurance. That is illegal. It is their property, not ours. alot of tennats called the township and finally the apartment management never mentioned this requirement anymore. Then they fired this manager and brought in the third one. This lady is extremely rude towards the tenent. I mean RUDE. No wonder three of my neighbors left recently and apartments are still vacant. I am going to leave soon unless they change the manager.
