Each home includes individually controlled air conditioning, color coordinated ceramic tile bathrooms, cable(You pay the cable'), sound retardant walls(You hear your neighboors all the time), hardwood oak flooring(too old not to make sounds; no polish either), venetian blinds and designer kitchens("A designer kitchens , , complete with modern appliances(outdated one-door, not even sold in market refrigerator) and fine wood finished cabinets(with at least 30-years-old history). Gas, heat and hot water are free at Partridge Run! We also offer on site laundry(dirty room) and storage facilities(Sorry no more storage three years ago, here just to allure you in), on site parking and an abundance of recreational facilities( a swimming pool never opened!) all surrounded by lush landscapping(All the other apartment here have the same)! All this is yours(When your office manager is not screaming and yelling to the tenants!) when you make your move to Partridge Run!
