This is NOT the place you want to live. The only thing good I can say about it is that the neighbors are nice. The areas are not well maintained. During the winter the parking lot is not cleaned properly nor are the sidewalks. The roofs covering doorways are rotting. I've lived here to 2 years and have seen several - which have taken months to repair. (That's always nice when you have guests coming over...) The apartments are old, which is typical for this area, but this place has HUGE ROACHES, leaky windows, and they never clean the heating filters so your apartment is doing to be dusty and your allergies are going to be terrible.

All of this might just be chalked up to a crappy apartment but the management is horrible and they lie to the tenants. Not just that but they are rude and treat you like the enemy when you call and ask for repairs - which will take forever to get done by the way.

My friend lives in Baldwin Manor and she loves it. The maintenance is nice, the rent is comparable, and they have a pool. We have a pool which is really an accident waiting to happen.

Keep looking if you are thinking of moving here. Spare yourself the problem. There are alot of better apartments in the area.
