The apartments are in bad shape, and the pool hasn't been repaired in the 10 years I've lived next door. The tenants cause problems for their neighbors and the police are always there. They are allowed dogs and walk them where ever they please and don't clean up after them. I have to check my 6 year old grandson for dirty shoes when he goes out to play in MY yard. The maintainence area is a disaster. I'm sure the town constantly has to keep after them. The parking lot floods out when it rains. So much so that the tenants can't get out. I don't know what they charge for rent but what ever it is it is too much. There are better places not too far away and with nicer people. Just come and ask anyone who lives near them.

Gee Rena Plaxe lives there with her boyfriend she a big ---- with the town. Does she give her boyfriend fines for the pool and the problems there. No because thats her boyfriend and Mayor Luthers Pet. That why nothing gets done there all they do is collect the rent and you get to live in ----.
