I've lived here for two years. They have had to come in and fix too many things when supposedly it was just redone when I moved here. They never even finished fixing one of the things that they "finished". The maintenence guys are nice, but the people in charge aren't very understanding or polite. The kids are noisy and scream at each other a lot. It's hard to get a parking spot at night. The pool hasn't been fixed at all. You always hear their workers doing something every week so they do try to keep up on lawns and such but they do a bad job and rush too much. My apartment was supposed to be available in a week, they delayed it two weeks and we went to check up on how it was looking and they said they only started the day before (which is rude since we already paid and then had to pay the rent the following week again). they raise the rent every year. They walk into your apartment to "look" and "fix" things whenever they want to and say they have the right to (but what about my privacy and comfortability'') If you work during the day they may be sitting in your apartment because they feel like it and "can". They are supposed to give notices beforehand every time they need to do work and don't. They do allow dogs which is probably the only place that does.
